Wahhab: BRICS summit laid new foundations for international interactions

Arab Tawhid Party leader, former Minister Wiam Wahhab, said on Saturday that the BRICS summit recently held in New Delhi was “very positive”, especially with regards to positions on Iran and Syria that rejected any military intervention or aggression against these countries.

Wahhab added that the most important part of the summit was the economic study.

During his meeting with Russian Ambassador Alexander Sasbekean, Chinese Ambassador WU Zexian, Syrian Ambassador Ali Abdul Karim and the South African ambassador to Lebanon and Syria, Wahhab said that the BRICS summit has laid new foundations for international interactions.

Wahhab also confirmed that Syria cannot fall down through “lofty speeches” delivered at the local, regional or international scene.
