Siniora disappointed with cabinet decision to lease power-generating ships
Former PM Fouad Siniora said on Sunday that the recent resolution adopted by the cabinet has granted consolation prizes to its different components, thus averting its collapse.    

“For the past 4 years, Lebanon has been suffering from the strategy of time wasting and for unexplained reasons,” Siniora said blaming this strategy for the decision to lease power-generating ships.   

Siniora urged politicians to stop blaming one another for past mistakes instead of taking concrete actions.
