LU contract professors reiterate their call for strike
Contract professors at the Lebanese University reiterated on Monday their right to become full-time employees, calling on all contract professors in different branches to stage a protest on Tuesday outside the Grand Serail, a move coinciding with the cabinet session.

The professors also called for holding an open strike starting Wednesday in the event that the cabinet does not approve their tenures.
