The Syrian national Mohamed Bilal was injured in his left hand after an assailant fired shots at him near Al-Rayan Hospital in Lebanon's Baalbak on Monday.
The offender fired the shots from a moving vehicle and fled the scene, while investigations are ongoing.
Earlier an assailant threw two hand grenades in Al-Rashidieh refugee camp near a Lebanese security forces headquarter, but no injuries were reported.
