Jreissaty: I solemnly pledge that PAC employees will be granted their rights
Labor Minister Salim Jreissaty solemnly pledged on Saturday that PAC employees will be granted all their rights, adding that the ministry will not take this matter lightly. The Ministry of Labor was informed PAC employees will be considered dismissed as of April 21.

Jreissaty told Sawt al-Mada radio station that PAC made two mistakes: first it failed to pay the employees’ March salary; second it did not send any representative to attend the meeting set by the ministry on April 4 to discuss the economic pretext taken to sack employees.

Jreissaty added that he addressed a warning to PAC so that employees are paid their March salary.
