Charbel: Lebanon is a democratic country
Minister of Interior Marwan Charbel revealed that the reasons the latest bi-election were held were to reduce the stress on the “Qaem Makam” as they were supposed to carry out most of the administrative works in the regions.

Charbel met with several security officials at the ministry of interior who briefed him on all preparations surrounding the bi-elections scheduled on May 6.
