On Friday July 08, 2016, the price of 95 octane gasoline and that of 98 octane gasoline dropped by 200 LBP, while that of diesel oil and fuel oil dropped by 100 LBP.
The table issued by Minister of Energy and Water Arthur Nazarian set the prices of hydrocarbon derivatives as follows:
- Gasoline 95 octane: 22,000 LBP
- Gasoline 98 octane: 22,600 LBP
- Fuel Oil: 13,700 LBP
- Diesel Oil: 13,700 LBP
