Hannibal Qaddafi questioning adjourned

The investigation judge in charge of the case of the disappearance of Imam Moussa al-Sadr and his companions, Zaher Hamada postponed Friday the questioning of Hannibal Qaddafi after the latter’s attorney Akram Azouri submitted formal pleas in the two lawsuits filed by the families of Imam Moussa Sadr and Sheikh Yaacoub on charges of interference in the kidnapping.

In this context, the judge decided to grant a deadline for the prosecution to respond, noting that the file will be later referred to the Public Prosecution, which will express its views on the formal pleas.
