Judge Sawan issues indictment against Al-Atrash

Military Investigative Judge Fadi Sawan issued on Thursday two indictments against two Lebanese people.

The first indictment is issued against the Lebanese Abdel Karim Hassan Al-Atrash for belonging to the Islamic State in the border town of Arsal and to the group that killed Captain Bachaalani.

The second indictment is issued against the Lebanese national Sleiman Franjieh Walid Al-Abboud and four others for taking part in the incidents that took place in the northern city of Tripoli and sabotaging public and private facilities.

The accused were all referred to the permanent military court for trial.
