Assir promises Palestinian prisoner victory
Sheikh Ahmad Assir urged Palestinian prisoners incarcerated in Israeli cells on a hunger strike to be patient, adding that victory will follow.

During a protest staged in front of the U.N. headquarters in Beirut, Assir said: “Enough lies, enough prejudice in favor of Israel, enough defending Israel at the expense of the bloodshed in Palestine and in Syria. Through this protest we also address a message to the international community and the U.N. Security Council, rather Israel’s Council.”
