Mikati: Iranian policy towards Lebanon contributes to stability
The Iranian policy towards Lebanon has contributed to the country’s stability and has protected it against the repercussions of Syrian events, PM Najib Mikati announced on Thursday following his meeting with Iranian Vice President Mohammad Reza Rahimi.

Rahimi had begun his official visits at the Baabda palace where he discussed the regional situation with President Michel Sleiman.    

Rahimi also met with Speaker Nabih Berri who held a banquet in his honor.
