Call for demonstration Tuesday to implement Jal El-Dib project

Mayor of Jal el Dib Elie Saadeh Abou Jaoude called on the residents of Jal El-Dib, Zalka and Bsalim and the rest of the Metn residents to hold a peaceful protest next Tuesday at 7 a.m. before the statue of Father Jacob Kaboushi to call on the government to implement the project of Jal El-Dib bridge to build a decent entrance and exit for the region.

Abou Jaoude said in a statement that this protest will take place two weeks after the end of the 15-day deadline called for by Deputy House Speaker Samir Moqbel to study the project with the Council for Development and Reconstruction.
