NDU honors Tueini family

The public relations office and the Journalism department of Notre Dame University’s Faculty of Humanities honored on Friday the Tueini family for its long career in Lebanese journalism, on the occasion of the World Press Freedom Day.

The ceremony included awards distribution to the university’s media students and a speech addressed by MP Nayla Tueini who recalled the career of her father, the late journalist Gebran Tueini.

At the end of the ceremony, an honorary plaque was offered to An-Nahar newspaper and Ghassan Tueini.
