Future bloc: Formation of a new national unity Cabinet is a dire need

The Future parliamentary bloc stressed on Thursday the importance of the swift formation of a new government, adding that the new cabinet enables the country to face the internal and external threats.

The bloc’s comments were made following its weekly meeting under the chairmanship of MP Fouad Siniora.

The bloc also said that the declaration of a new national unity cabinet presided by Prime Minister-designate Saad Hariri became a dire need since all Lebanese people are pinning their hopes on it.

The members of the bloc also hailed the efforts deployed by Hariri, adding that the cooperation of all political parties is needed.

“Some sides are trying to impose impossible conditions in order to hinder the cabinet formation,” the bloc added.
