Sleiman calls for resorting to dialogue to settle differences
President Michel Sleiman voiced hope on Friday that different parties will resort to dialogue as a means to settle any arising difference or problem.   

Sleiman followed up on the situation in Tripoli on Friday, maintaining contact with concerned officials, notably the army commander.    

The president was briefed on the procedures taken by military and security forces to preserve security, stability and civil peace.
