LAF Commander inspects army positions in Arsal
Lebanese Armed Forces Commander Major General Joseph Aoun inspected on Saturday the border town of Arsal for the first time since his appointment as the Lebanese army chief.

He toured the army’s positions in Daher al-Khayl, al-Masyadeh, Wadi Hmeid, Tallet al-Hosn, Wadi Ata, Wadi al-Raayan and the town’s outskirts.

Aoun praised the efforts made by the soldiers deployed in the region, highlighting their role in preserving the country’s borders and curbing the militants.
