Over a span of around one month period, the Shura council has issued three decisions concerning the beach of Ramlet al-Bayda.
The first decision orders the abolishment of the license granted to establish the Eden Rock project. However, the company in charge of the project rejects the decision, saying that it is related to an old license.
The Shura council reiterated its decision, ordering the company to stop the execution of the project, stressing that there is no “old or new license.”
