Future bloc urges the drafting of a vote law based on Taef accord
The Future bloc voiced hopes on Tuesday that the postponement of the parliament’s session for one month might pave the way for the drafting of a new vote law.

The bloc’s comments were made following its weekly meeting at the Bayt al-Wasat under the chairmanship of MP Fouad Siniora.

The bloc noted that the new electoral law must enjoy a national formula based on the essential codes of Taef, hence a law “able to boost national unity and coexistence.”
