State Commissioner to the Military Court Judge Saqr Saqr pressed charges against Fatima Sultan and 11 individuals for belonging to Daesh, recruiting potential suicide-bombers and planning attacks to target Lebanese army checkpoints in Arsal and other regions. He also referred the case of First Investigative Judge Riad Abou Ghaida.
Judge Saqr also pressed charges against Hassan Hmeid, detained over the killing of LAF martyr Pierre Bachaalani and referred his case to Judge Abou Ghaida for interrogation.
