Qassem offers Mufti his condolences for Sheikhs killed in Akkar

Hezbollah Secretary General Deputy Head, Sheikh Naiim Qassem, on Tuesday contacted the Grand Mufti of the Lebanese Republic Sheikh Mohammad Rachid Qabbani and offered him his heartfelt condolences upon the loss of Akkar Sheikh Abdel-Wahed and his companion at an army checkpoint in Kwaikhat - Akkar.

In his phone call to the Mufti, Qassem highlighted the importance of conducting serious investigations into the matter, reiterating keenness on the nation's stability, support to the Lebanese Army, and protection of Lebanon's civil peace and security.
