In the upcoming parliamentary elections, the votes will no longer be counted manually, as one of the complications of the proportionality electoral law, according to a study conducted by the Interior Ministry in coordination with the United Nations.
The study stresses that the sorting will be electronic and the candidates’ tickets will be magnetized.
