REPORT: Minister Finianos says parliamentary polls will not take place on their due time

Public Works Minister Youssef Finianos said on Tuesday that a new vote law will be drafted, adding that the parliamentary elections will not take place on their due times.

Finianos’ comments were made during his tour in Jbeil whereby he said that an agreement over a new electoral law was not reached yet.
