REPORT: What is a magnetic voting card?

President Michel Aoun signed on Saturday the new vote law that was passed by the Parliament and referred it to be published "urgently" in the Official Gazette.

However, article No. 84 of the new vote law stipulates the use of the magnetic voting cards in the upcoming parliamentary elections.

This report will shed light on the magnetic voting card, its use and its characteristics.
