Beirut Investigative Judge Fady Oneissy issued Thursday the indictment in the “Google Cash” case, whereby he prevented the trial of Abel Menhem Youssen, Toufic Chabro, Gaby Samira and the companies’ owners, on charges related to illegal internet, embezzlement of public funds, negligence in carrying out duties and tax evasion.
