After Baalbek – Hermel was declared a governorate, taking up 22% of Lebanon’s territory, and with the accumulation of the files at Baalbek’s Justice Palace and the limited members of the judicial body working there; it has become a necessity for the judicial authorities to re-organize Baalbek’s Justice Palace.
