Sources told LBCI that the withdrawal of al-Nusra Front gunmen, their families and the civilians will not be happening today (Tuesday), due to obstructions caused by al-Nusra leader Abu Malek al-Talli after he raised the ceiling of the demands.
Al-Talli had added two demands to the agreement, including the release of 20 inmates from Roumieh prison and allowing fugitive in Ain al-Helweh to leave and head for Syria with the convoys transporting the gunmen and their families.
