Foreign Minister Gebran Bassil declared Sunday that there will be no negotiations today, but surrender of the militants and victory for the Lebanese army, adding that the result of the surrender will be revealed during the upcoming stage.
From the military base in Ras Baalbek, Bassil congratulated the army forces on their victory against terrorism, stressing that the most important victory is the decision that maintains sovereignty and unity.
