“We Want Accountability”: Pay scale is rightful demand for public and private sectors

“We Want Accountability” campaign asserted on Saturday that the pay scale is a rightful demand for both the public and private sectors.

The campaign’s demands were made during a sit-in outside the central bank whereby it rejected imposing additional taxes on the poor.

“Taxes should be imposed on financial and real estate institutions and companies,” the protesters stressed.

The campaign also accused the Central Bank of being corrupted and biased.

“Which role has the Central Bank played regarding the tax hike?’ the protesters concluded by asking.
