Sleiman stresses the importance of dialogue
President Michel Sleiman expressed on Monday his satisfaction with Tripoli’s recent calm, calling on all parties to learn from lessons taken from recent tensions and fighting.          

While meeting with visitors, Sleiman stressed on the importance of dialogue and expressed all  concerns regarding the protection of Lebanon and safeguarding the country from the regional turmoil.          

Furthermore, LAF Chief, Jean Kahwaji, informed Sleiman of the latest security updates and measures taken by the army to control the situation in Tripoli.
