Sleiman, Raad discuss mediations in hostages case

Sleiman discussed on Tuesday with Mufti of Tripoli and the North Sheikh Malek Al-Shaar the situation in the city of Tripoli.

President Sleiman also met with the head of the “Loyalty to the Resistance” bloc, Mohammad Raad and discussed the current political situation and the ongoing arrangements for the national dialogue, as well as the available information concerning the Lebanese hostages’ case.

A delegation of economic committees, headed by former minister Adnan al-Qassar visited Baabda Palace and submitted to the President, on the behalf of the economic committees, a letter containing proposals to improve the economic situation.
