Protest continues in Egypt's Tahrir Square

Cairo's Tahrir Square was once again filled with dozens of protesters on Wednesday , as anger continued to rage over the court verdicts in the case of the deposed president Hosni Mubarak, his sons and his aides.    

As the final presidential vote approaches, most protesters are concerned that neither candidate reflects the true 'revolution,' with a former Mubarak prime minister on one side and an Islamic candidate on the other.    

Critics fear the ruling council is deliberately delaying the constitution, in case the Islamic Brotherhood wins the presidency and they need an excuse for not handing over power.

The health of Egypt's former leader Hosni Mubarak has deteriorated since he was sent to prison on Saturday and it is likely he will moved to a hospital, the state news agency reported on Wednesday.

Mubarak, 84, was given artificial respiration five times in recent hours and doctors treating him have recommended he be transferred to a military or other large hospital, news agency MENA said, citing unnamed officials.
