Complaint against Syrian Army for Ali Chaaban murder

State Commissioner to the Military Court Judge Saqr Saqr filed on Thursday a complaint against members of the Syrian army for killing al-Jadeed TV cameraman Ali Shaaban in the northern area of Wadi Khaled two months ago. Saqr also charged the unknown soldiers with the attempted murder of Shaaban’s colleagues.

This step was made according to the articles 547, 547/251 Penal Code. The complaint was transferred before the Military Magistrate.
