The cabinet decided Monday the formation of a ministerial committee to discuss the budget.
Following the session held on Monday at Baabda presidential palace, Minister of Finance Ali Hassan Khalil stressed commitment to completing the budget discussions, probably before the end of the month, in order to refer the draft law to the parliament.
The 2018 draft law will not include further taxes to be added to the ones include in the 2017 budget.
