On Wednesday February 28, 2018, the fuel prices in Lebanon registered further decrease, where the price of 95 and 98 octane gasoline dropped 400 LBP, while that fuel oil 200 LBP and diesel oil 300 LBP.
The table issued by Ministry of Energy and Water set the prices of hydrocarbon derivatives as follows:
- Gasoline 95 octane: 25,600 LBP
- Gasoline 98 octane: 26,200 LBP
- Diesel Oil: 17,500 LBP
- Fuel Oil: 17,500 LBP
