Prime Minister Saad Hariri stressed Wednesday that “many things need to undergo change in Lebanon,” adding that one serious issue in the country should be resolved, which is that the road traffic safety.
During a speech he delivered at the Grand Serail to launch the work of “National Council for Road Safety,” Hariri said that a ticket must be doubled for those who ask for “mediation” in order to eliminate a ticket.
