Public Prosecutor Judge Samir Hammoud issued Wednesday a decision to arrest Major Suzanne al-Hajj and informant Elie Gh., pending investigation, and to release the latter’s wife.
Judge Hammoud had concluded the primary investigations conducted by the Information division under his supervision.
The judge also referred the file to the State Commissioner to the Military Court.
