Military Investigative Judge Riad Abou Ghaida issued a decision to release Ziad Itani and an arrest warrant against Suzanne al-Hajj.
The release was approved by the military prosecution.
Judge Abou Ghaida had listened earlier to the testimony of Major Suzanne al-Hajj at his office.
State’s Commissioner to the Military Court Judge Peter Germanos allowed al-Hajj’s husband, attorney Ziad Hbeish to meet with her three times per week.
For his part, former Minister, al-Hajj’s attorney Rashid Derbass said that Suzanne denied all accusations directed against her during the interrogation, stressing that there are no conclusive evidence to indict her.
