LBCI reveals new targets on the assassination list

The list of assassination targets includes eight new names three of which hail from Sidon, including former PM Fouad Siniora, while the other five political and religious figures hail from north Lebanon.         

According to information made available to LBCI, Siniora has been regularly receiving for the last 3 months Arab, regional and international warnings on the necessity for taking extra precautionary measures.        

However, these warnings became way serious last week when international and regional sides asked Siniora to limit his moves and step up precautionary measures.     

Well-informed Lebanese security sources revealed to LBCI that all assassination-related information are being directly leaked by the sides plotting the assassinations.     

The sources added that the previously-prepared assassination lists includes former PM Saad Hariri, Samir Geagea- whose attempted assassination failed- Fouad Siniora, MP Walid Jumblatt, MP Sami Gemayel, MP Khaled Daher, Major General Ashraf Rifi and Wissam Hassan.       

The security sources confirmed that they are constantly tracing and investigating these information, adding, however, that the main hindrance lies in the decision to withhold telecom full-data.
