REPORT: Beirut airport opens sensory room for children with autism

Lebanon’s Beirut International Airport has realized a new achievement, by inaugurating a sensory room for traveling kids with autism, since flying can be an overwhelming experience for anyone, and is especially stressful for kids with autism.

This room is a first of its kind in the Middle East as Lebanon is considering a pioneer in this field.

This gesture was launched on World Autism Awareness Day.
