In the speech delivered by Hezbollah Secretary General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah on Friday, he addressed the residents of Beirut’s first electoral district, where he said that there are wide popular factions in Beirut, who feel that it is their natural right to be represented at the parliament to express their rights and wills.
