Bassil: Our bloc is the largest in the Parliament

Head of Free patriotic Movement Minister of Foreign Affairs Gebran Bassil asserted on Monday that the FPM won in the elections.

“Our bloc is the largest bloc in the parliament with 29 MPs and would possibly reach 30 MPs,” Bassil said in a press conference held at the FPM headquarters in Sin el-Fil.

"Our MPs were present in five provinces and today, we have MPs in 15 Lebanese casas,” he noted.

On another note, Bassil said that partnership with the Future Movement will continue.

As for the alliance with Hezbollah, Bassil dubbed it as “strategic.”
