Mufti Derian: To form a government that can serve the Lebanese people

Grand Mufti Sheikh Abdel-Latif Derian addressed on Wednesday a message to the Lebanese people on the occasion of the start of the holy month of Ramadan.

In his message, Derian called for forming a new government that will be able to serve the Lebanese.

He also called on the Lebanese parties to put aside their political disputes, adding that Lebanon can be ruled only by harmony and cooperation.

On another note, he called for solidarity with Palestine and its people, adding that Jerusalem’s churches and mosques are for the Arab people.
