A personal dispute erupted on Wednesday afternoon, in Rowais locality in Haret Hrek. The clash then escalated into gunfire exchange.

In this context, another dispute erupted between members of al-Jaafar and Al-Dirany families and Palestinians, in Bourj al-Barajneh. The clash escalated into gunfire exchange, but no injuries were reported.
