Allocations and compensations of Lebanese MPs and ministers

The Lebanese Law defines the presidents, the deputies and the ministers as “the general authority” and determines their wages as “allocations and compensations” rather than salaries.

Their wages are set for 8.5 million Lebanese Pounds per month, plus a social help from the state of 2.7 million LBP per month.

When a deputy becomes a minister, he receives the higher allocations and compensations.
