Berri: Solutions start with a national unity Cabinet

Speaker Nabih Berri reiterated on Wednesday the need to form a new Cabinet swiftly.

Berri’s comments were quoted by his visitors in Ain el-Tineh during his weekly meeting with MPs whereby he said that solutions start with a national unity Cabinet that answers all questions and works on addressing the merits.

The meeting also reportedly tackled various issues such as the electricity, the overcrowded Beirut airport and the polluted Litani River.

Berri reportedly stressed the need to implement the laws and pursuing those who breach them.

He was reportedly quoted as saying that “if the Cabinet formation was delayed, there will be legislation in the parliament.”
