Interior Minister Nouhad al-Mashnouq stated that the decrees determining the powers at the airport are opening the door for jurisprudence and leading to conflict in powers between the military and security apparatuses.
This statement has increased the ambiguity surrounding the backdrop of the dispute that occurred between the airport security apparatus, the police and the Internal Security forces.
In fact, three decrees determine and regulate the duties and powers of the security apparatuses at the airport.
