Siniora: Monopolizing national decision-making power is lethal and devastating

Future bloc leader Fouad Siniora stressed on Thursday that the decision of peace and war must be exclusive to the Lebanese state being “the political and legal authority that brings all the Lebanese parties together and represent them”.

In a statement issued on the 6^th anniversary of the 2006 Israeli aggression, Siniora said that this war shows that monopolizing the national decision-making power is “lethal and devastating”, adding that the resistance of the enemy must represent all the Lebanese parties in order for it not to turn into “a deficient movement working for certain personal or regional projects.”
