Salameh: Lebanese Lira is stable and steady against US dollar

Governor of Banque Du Liban Riyad Salameh reiterated on Wednesday that the Lebanese Lira is stable, adding that the Lira is steady against the US dollar.

“We took serious decisions in order to preserve the national economy and we are trying to attract funds for Lebanon and its banking sector,” he added.

He also noted that the interests will fall shall a new Cabinet is formed soon.
