Berri: The country is in dire need for legislation

Speaker Nabih Berri said on Tuesday that there is no breakthrough yet in the new Cabinet formation process.

"The Cabinet formation still needs prayers," he lamented.

“We will not accept the paralysis of the whole country,” he added.

Berri also noted that the country is in dire need of legislation.

“We will carry out our constitutional and national duties and commitments on all levels,” he stressed.

He concluded by stressing the importance of establishing a ministry of planning.
