UN court orders Senegal to put ex-Chad president on trial
The International Court of Justice (ICJ) on Friday ordered Senegal to put on trial or extradite the former president of Chad, Hissene Habre, a ruling that could have implications for other deposed leaders living in exile.  

As Chad's president, Habre led a government accused of killing and torturing its opponents in the 1980s.
